Who We Work With

Commercial Tree Care for
Wichita-Area Properties

The same owner-led crew that handles our hardest residential removals — from single trees to multi-day commercial takedowns — works with the people responsible for shared and commercial grounds.

HOAs & Management Companies

Common-area trees, entrances, and covenant-driven pruning, with documentation that meets typical HOA submission requirements.

Property Managers

Recurring maintenance, after-hours work around tenants, and invoicing direct to the management firm.

Churches & Small Commercial

Parking-lot trees, building clearance, and hazard trees near entrances, sidewalks, and lines.

Builders & Developers

Lot clearing with keepers flagged, failing builder-planted trees removed, and debris hauled in one mobilization.

The Paperwork

What Commercial and
HOA Clients Get

Boards, owners, and insurers want proof before and after the work. It comes standard — not as an upcharge.

  • Certificate of insurance. General liability and workers’ compensation, sent to whoever needs it before work starts.
  • Written scope of work. Exactly which trees, what work, and the price, agreed before scheduling.
  • Board or owner letter. If your HOA board needs a contractor letter explaining the scope, we provide it at no extra charge.
  • Before-and-after photos. Ready to forward to a management company, board, or owner.
  • Itemized invoicing. Billed to the property, the HOA, or the management firm directly.
  • Work windows that fit. After-hours work around tenants, and HOA hours respected by default.
  • Recurring maintenance. Scheduled inspections and pruning instead of call-by-call emergencies.
  • Storm claims handled. Insurance direct billing and adjuster documentation for covered storm damage.
Services

Commercial Tree Services We Provide

Removals of any size. From one dead tree by an entrance to multi-day removals wedged between buildings and lines. Dead and hazardous trees near walkways, parking, and structures get priority.

Pruning and clearance. Deadwood out of trees over parking and sidewalks, limbs cleared off roofs and signage, and structural pruning on a maintenance cycle — never topping.

Lot clearing and stumps. Joe walks the parcel and flags what stays. Stumps are ground below grade — one or a dozen across a property — and the grapple truck hauls the debris.

Storms and emergencies. A tree blocking business access or a parking lot gets our 24/7 emergency response; the rest of the damage is handled as scheduled storm cleanup.

Risk assessments. Owner Joe Kohnen is an ISA Certified Arborist (MW-389993A). A tree risk assessment gives a board or owner an expert basis for what to remove, treat, or keep.

In Wichita, trees in the public right-of-way are the City’s to maintain, and altering them generally requires the City’s consent. We’ll tell you at the walk-through which trees are yours and which need a call to the City first. Details in our guide to Kansas and Wichita tree rules.
